The renovation of the second-floor apartment in queens consisted of a gut renovation with the addition of custom closets and kitchen cabinets / island. The scope of work consisted of demolishing pre-existing floor plan and setting a new plan layout. This 2-bedroom apt expanded to a 2 bedroom with a home office and open concept kitchen- living room area with 1.5 bathrooms. This project was finished with a beautiful modern aesthetic and grey tone vinyl flooring.
