This project revitalized the interiors of two residential buildings with modern upgrades and a refined aesthetic. Key improvements included replacing staircases, steps, and stringers, crafting custom railings, and installing new subflooring and premium flooring. Damaged walls were restored or replaced, and both vestibules and entrances were completely updated. Lobbies were enhanced with elegant tilework and new mailboxes, while recessed lighting and updated electrical lines brought the buildings up to modern standards. A fresh color scheme and durable step protectors completed the transformation, creating safe, stylish, and welcoming spaces.
