Manhattan Residential Buildings Capital Improvements

This capital improvement project consisted of rehabilitation work to the interior of 2 residential buildings. The scope of work included the replacement of pre-existing staircases, steps and stringers. New railings were made and installed in both buildings. All floors were lifted and leveled, new subflooring and flooring installed. Walls were rehabilitated and replaced where needed. Removal and replacement of both vestibules and entrances. Both lobbies were ornamented with tiles and new mailboxes. In addition, new recessed lights were installed in place of previous lights and new electrical lines were run. The project was finished off with a beautiful color scheme and instillation of step protectors in both buildings.
